So I've been playing in this trade server on tf2 for a while now. I was just messing around when a this guy joined in the server. He was going around saying he was selling a Bill's hat for 10 refined metal and I thought to myself "hey that seems like a good trade". So I sent him a trade offer and we said said our greetings. And he added the bills hat and I added 3 cosmetic items together worth 13 ref so i was basically overpaying. I confirm when I notice I wasn't getting a notification for the item like I always do but he did. I check the trade again to see that all he gave me was this left for dead sell item which was worth only 3 cents. I tried to talk to him and see why he gave me that instead of an actual Bill's hat and he started being cocky in chat saying "You wanted a bills hat so I gave you one" and "Thanks for the free hats". Then he left. So I came here hoping you all can help me. Because I don't want him to get away with this.
