So, I was on firepowered this morning and this guy was trying to scam people by showing a festivized medi gun as a festive medi gun (which is worth wayyy more) 
Even though my taunt was pretty cancer, he still tried.. but I was very well aware of this scam method, so I just collected proof and came here.

He has a fair bit of hours and items so a ban would stop him from continuing this scam method.
