I added this user, a young man from Singapore, as I wanted to buy his Shadow Daggers. He could not trade until today (I added him on Monday), and I warned him to be careful of the other user who was interested in his inventory. The other person offered $200 in Steam Wallet Codes for his good skins, which was a huge overpay. As you can see, his profile is very fishy, as seen in the evidence below. He claims to be a valve trusted buyer, and those steam card images are clearly not his.

I am posting this now to see if this warrants enough evidence for a ban, or to get any help with my report. Chat logs are sadly not available, as he closed the chat.
