To whom it may concern, 

I have invested a lot of money into CS recently using legit sites such as cs.money. I have come to find I am steam rep banned when I tried to trade on the community. The alt that is linked is not mine.  I used to go to boarding school, that's the only explanation of having it link to my account (because of IP). to be completely honest I have no idea and this is unjust.
